How long does a game last?
The entire gaming experience typically takes 90 minutes, including introduction/briefing and debriefing. The actual game time is approximately 60 minutes. Please arrive punctually at the booked time at our location.
Are the rooms suitable for every player?
Yes! However, participation with mental illnesses, heart conditions, asthma, and other serious illnesses is not recommended.
Can I change the number of players in my booking?
Yes! On-site you can adjust the number of people in your booking up or down at any time. However, please note the minimum and maximum number of people for each room.
Can I cancel my booking?
You can cancel your booking online up to 48 hours in advance. Only then can we refund the ticket price.
From what age can you participate?
There is no age restriction unless explicitly stated for the respective room.
Are there parking facilities?
There is a public parking garage directly at TIMEBREAK (Operngarage Bonn). Entry possible via Brassertufer (53111) or via Am Boeselagerhof (53111). Alternatively, you can also park at the Stiftsgarage (Kölnstraße 10-16, 53111 Bonn).
When should we arrive?
5 minutes before the booked time is optimal! The game master will then calmly explain the rules to you and you can mentally prepare for the next 60 minutes.
How many people can play?
Normally 2 to 7 people. On the information page about the respective room you will find the exact information for this game.
What if we're not on time?
Unfortunately, we must deduct your delay from your game time, as we cannot adjust subsequent bookings.
Is the access barrier-free?
None of our escape games are fully barrier-free. However, some games have lower barriers and can be played with a sports wheelchair, for example. Please contact us in any case, and we'll clarify together what is possible.
Drinks & Alcohol
Please come sober and with a clear mind. Anyone who is not in control of their senses will be excluded from the game.
